After an informal chat, any possible meeting will be done at a neutral venue or place of the client business address.
The quote will be given based on your project and requirements for your job.
If a domain and hosting is needed, we will advise and help the client to pick the right domain and hosting package for the website.
After this has been sorted, then before any job we will ask for 50% deposit to undertake the project. This agreement is to protect the business (Eddie Gamble Web Design Services) and the individual (the client).
We will communicate regularly of the progress for the website and will only ask for the remaining fee when the client is happy with the website.

Hourly Projects- Maintenance Services and Marketing Services

After an informal chat, any possible meeting will be done at a neutral venue or place of the client business address.
The Quote will be given based on your project and requirements for your job
To Undertake any of the services (listed above) we may need further additional information such as FTP address and any other details required for the job.
After an agreement has been made, we will ask for £15 as a deposit to undertake the job.
The project will then be worked on and additional costs may occur depending on how long the job takes. For example- a 5 hour job would cost £75 in total and therefore £60 would be require as the remaining fee for the service.
If the service required is achieved under an hour, then no other costs will occurred.

Payment and Legal

If the website has mistakes or needs styling changes by the business, the remaining fee will not be required until the this is fixed. If the website needs further adjustments or needs new information by the client, then the remaining fee will be required.
Eddie Gamble Web Design Services will strictly not undertake any projects that promotes sexism, homophobia, racism or any other forms of discrimination.
We accept Bank Transfers and Cash as method of payment.
The rest of the payment will be require within 14 days after completion. Failure to do this will lead to a warning. If the payment is still not paid after 28 days, then possible legal action or termination of service i.e. website taken down, will be enforced until payment.
