In 2019 just before moving to Bedford, I offered to take on design and online promotion of this established local Carnival. 2020 was going the be the biggest yet – but we all know what happened next. 

The 2021 event was also severely restricted by social distancing measures and by the time of the 2022 Carnival, I had to step away to concentrate on other business matters. However I was drawn back to help and rejoined the committee for 2023 Event.

This time, I built a new website from scratch with a design to reflect the theme of the Carnival, with 2023 being ‘Dancing In The Park’. I’m also in charge of the Social Media and have been keeping followers updated on the Facebook page.

The website will be there to promote this wonderful Carnival which has been running from 1977, to help keep the community spirit going with many years ahead.
